DAVE TERRELL

Founder, Attorney

The success of an estate plan depends largely on the decisions you make. Therefore, it is vital to obtain experienced guidance to help you build solid foundations to protect your transaction, interests and rights.

I have helped individuals and businesses in all issues related to estate planning throughout Oklahoma City for over 35 years. My goal is to help you make informed decisions based on your needs and expectations and represent your best interests.

I am also an experienced litigator and have represented my clients’ rights in complex cases of civil litigation, insurance disputes and other legal issues involving bad faith. Whether through negotiation or the courts, my commitment is to protect your assets, finances, business and reputation.

At Terrell Law Firm, I help individuals draft an estate plan to protect their wealth and leave directions in case of incapacitation or death. I also assist family members and interested parties in all matters related to probate.

I have also served as general counsel for various companies and have represented their interests before the courts. I will make sure you have the necessary tools and information to make the right decisions that will help you overcome the challenging situation you face or ensure the success of your transaction.
